The West Point Society of Philadelphia Board of Directors is pleased to announce our 2016 General Alexander Haig, “Guardian of Liberty Award” recipient. This year, we’ve selected local high school graduate from Henderson High School, 1972, West Chester and now Commander, U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), General David M. We look forward to honoring General Rodriguez as a “local hero”.
